What cannot be controlled cannot be learned

For a model to learn, the conditions have to be reproducible. N.THING builds environments where light, temperature, humidity, CO₂ and nutrients are all under control, and uses the data that comes out of them to set the next cycle.

01N.FARM.AI

Beyond climate control, into farm management

N.FARM.AI started as IoT climate control. It now handles yield forecasting, dispatch planning and transaction settlement as a farm management platform. Sensor telemetry, per-cycle growth records and harvest performance land in one place, and every farm decides against the same metrics rather than scattered spreadsheets.

Real-time monitoring
Temperature, humidity, CO₂, light and nutrient EC/pH sampled by the minute onto a single dashboard.
AI yield forecasting
Learned growth patterns produce harvest timing and expected yield, then optimise dispatch plans and inventory.
Automated control
Lighting, HVAC and irrigation run against the forecast and setpoints without an operator.
Multi-farm management
Run every farm from one platform and compare cultivation performance across sites.
Farm and warehouse virtualisation
Match grower supply to distributor demand virtually, and optimise margin against cultivation and distribution data.
Automated quoting and settlement
Generate quotations automatically and manage transaction settlement, cutting sales and back-office effort.

02Data

Cultivation data with time compressed out of it

A cycle that runs once or twice a year in an open field runs twelve times in a controlled vertical farm. The 1,767 cycles N.THING has accumulated equate to 1,767 years at open-field cadence — and still over 750 years in a greenhouse.

03Automation

An unbroken line from seeding to dispatch

Nursery tray transport, cultivation bed circulation, post-harvest packing and dispatch run as one logistics line. Operators spend their time on quality judgement and exceptions rather than repetitive handling.

Farm Safety System

In a farm that runs unattended, the real risk is what happens when nobody is there. The equipment is designed to detect and respond on its own.

Overheating
If equipment fails and temperature climbs, every heat source in the farm is cut automatically
CO₂ depletion
When the main cylinder empties, the supply tank switches over automatically
Water supply loss
If water is interrupted, lighting is cut to suppress photosynthesis
Other incidents
Every incident is detected in real time and alerted to the operator

04Green Bio

Past leafy greens, into high-value crops

A controlled environment is not only for salad. Change the cultivation recipe and the same equipment grows fruiting crops, root vegetables, and bio crops used as pharmaceutical feedstock.

Strawberries growing inside a vertical farm

Strawberry

Strawberry — soil-free hydroponics

A strawberry facility that produces year-round regardless of outside conditions. No soil, and fruit sets without pollinator bees.

  • 14.8 Brix sweetness, 205N firmness achieved
  • Fully soil-free hydroponics, no pollinator bees
  • Meets rising demand for Korean strawberries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Russia
Root mass of a hydroponically raised, disease-free strawberry seedling

Clean seedling

Disease-free strawberry seedlings at scale

A nursery solution that mass-produces pathogen-free seedlings for strawberry growers. Won and delivered for the RDA National Institute of Horticultural Science in 2025.

  • Smart nursery solution for clean seedling production
  • Supplied to domestic strawberry growers for nursery and cultivation
  • Extends to overseas production facilities

Medical hemp

Medical hemp — under regulatory sandbox

Under the Andong regulatory free zone sandbox, we are researching medical hemp cultivation and compound use with Seoul National University’s industry-academic foundation and technology holdings company.

  • Andong regulatory free zone demonstration certificate
  • R&D agreement with Seoul National University
  • Joint programme on cultivation solutions and extracts

These programmes sit at different stages, from research and demonstration through to commercial supply. We brief on each individually.
